This is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job, develop valuable technical skills, and build a long-term career in a growing industry.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Assisting with as-built drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD)
- Updating drawings based on site mark-ups and real-world changes
- Learning to read and understand plans, sections, and elevations
- Managing drawing revisions and project files
- Supporting engineers and site teams with accurate documentation
What We're Looking for :
- A keen interest in design, construction, or engineering
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Good communication and willingness to learn
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook/Teams)
- Any exposure to CAD (even at school/college level) is a bonus but not essential
What You'll Learn :
- How to use AutoCAD (editing, layers, measuring, plotting)
- How to interpret real construction drawings
- The basics of roads, drainage, utilities, and survey data
- Industry standards, processes, and health & safety practices
