Every year we continue to deliver complex window and door installation programmes for social housing landlords, new-build developers and clients, with every product designed to enhance the energy efficiency, security and kerb appeal of their properties.
Due to continued growth within our market leading fenestration company, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join our team of professionals, based at our Head Office on Feus Road, Perth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fenestration/window and door/construction project management (previous experience is not essential, training will be offered), be organised, motivated, detail-oriented and driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate cost estimates
- Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects
- Prepare estimates and tenders in detail for all products
- Ensure timely completion of estimates and tenders
- Understand scope of work to bid
- Manage bid pricing from all vendors
- Prepare cost analysis
- Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in fenestration/construction estimating
- Ability to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes
- Proficiency using MS Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
