Area Sales Manager – Midlands Region

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join the team at our Studley Depot. The role will primarily focus on the hire and sale of our site accommodation fleet / AV modular system and CTX range. Once established in the single market, there would be opportunity to progress the role to include our premium modular accommodation product line.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating and identifying new business opportunities including identifying key decision makers
- Furthering existing relationships with clients which include SMEs, main contractors, and local authorities throughout the Midlands area
- Seeking opportunities to establish framework agreements with specific clients
- Keeping an up-to-date weekly call log and enquiry register
- Producing quotations
- Negotiating contract conditions and payment terms, minimising risk to the company
- Working closely with colleagues in the technical departments
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager on a weekly basis
The role requires extensive travel in and around the Midlands area, therefore a full UK clean driving licence is required. You would be required to visit the Studley depot (B80 7GA) approximately once per week.
About You
You will be an experienced sales professional who has ideally held a similar role in the cabin / modular market or a similar sales role within the construction / plant industry.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5.00pm with a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
