About the role:
- Supporting up to 6 clients with personal care, household tasks, and medication
- Lone working – confidence and responsibility are essential
- Weekend and night availability is required (we all work alternate weekends)
- On call responsibilities 2 days a week plus holiday cover (includes alternate weekends)
What we offer:
- Full training, which is all paid, and paid shadow shifts
- Competitive pay, with an increase once probation is completed
- Day pay: £13.36 hour
- Night pay from day one: £146.64 per 12-hour shift

- Reliability and willingness to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work independently
