N-Compass delivers advocacy services on behalf of local authorities across Liverpool, St Helen's, Knowsley and Wirral. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who live in or near these areas.
You'll deliver multi-specialist advocacy across various types including:

IMCA and IMHA

Care Act advocacy

DoLS representation

RPR/Rule 1.2 Representative

Children and Young People's Advocacy

Health Complaints and Generic Advocacy
Managing your own caseload, you'll support individuals in various settings, including those who may lack capacity. You'll ensure their wishes and views remain central to decision-making.
You'll produce reports and maintain accurate records on our case management system.
You must hold the Level 4 Independent Advocacy qualification.
We welcome applicants with experience in any area of advocacy. You don't need to have delivered all types listed, and you'll have opportunities to further develop your practice.
Self-Employed Advocates are paid £35 per hour for all case-related work, including direct support, preparation, research and report writing. Travel time is paid at £30 per hour, with mileage reimbursed at 55p per mile.
