The Royal Veterinary College (RVC) is the UK's largest and longest-established independent veterinary school and a Member Institution of the University of London. We're looking for an experienced and creative marketing professional to join our Marketing and Communications team as Senior Marketing Executive – Clinical Services and Research at our Boltons Park Farm (nr Potters Bar, Herts).
This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in promoting the RVC's specialist clinical services and internationally recognised research, helping to strengthen our reputation among referring veterinary professionals, clients, researchers and partners.
About the role
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will develop, deliver and evaluate integrated marketing and communications activity across Clinical Services and Research.
Your work will include:

Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email and social media.

Supporting the promotion of the RVC's referral hospitals, first-opinion practices, diagnostic laboratories and research activities.

Acting as the marketing lead for Research Excellence Framework (REF) communications.

Managing and optimising website content, SEO and email marketing campaigns.

Leading the marketing for client events, CPD, London Vet Show and other exhibitions.

Producing insight-led reports using website, CRM and campaign analytics.

Building strong relationships with clinicians, researchers and senior stakeholders, providing expert marketing advice and support.

Managing creative projects including photography, video and marketing collateral.
About you
You'll be an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
You'll also have:

Experience of planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.

Strong digital marketing skills, including website content management, SEO and email marketing.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Experience of analysing campaign performance and using data to drive continuous improvement.

The confidence to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and influence at all levels.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Experience within higher education, healthcare, veterinary, scientific or research environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
