This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working closely with pupils who may need a little extra support to engage with learning. Support may be 1:1 or in small groups, depending on the needs of the school.
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
- Helping students stay focused and engaged in lessons
- Providing encouragement, reassurance, and structure
- Assisting teachers in creating a positive learning environment
- Supporting pupils in line with their individual learning needs
- Experience in education, SEN, care, or support work
- Patient, reliable, and positive individuals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine interest in supporting young people
Formal qualifications are beneficial but not essential.

Pay:
£96.63 – £100.00 per day (depending on experience)
