We are looking for an experienced Dental Nurse for our expanding, friendly and busy NHS and private practice in Bolton.
Candidates should be organised, enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
It is essential for applicants to be qualified and GDC registered in order to be considered for this role.
Experience of SOE Exact dental software would be beneficial, training can be provided.
* Assisting the dentist chairside during procedures and monitoring of the patient.
* Selecting and preparing the appropriate equipment and instruments prior to a procedure.
* Sterilisation of equipment after use and responsibility for infection control.
* General cleaning of the surgeries, stock rotation and control compliance with health and safety procedures and training.
* Covering reception desk duties.
* Ensuring protocols are being followed and monitored.
Hours required:
Monday to Wednesday: 8.45am to 5.30pm
Thursday: 8.45am to 7pm
Friday: 8.45am to 4pm
(1 hour lunch break Mon-Fri)
Pre-employment requirements are:
- Hepatitis B vaccination and satisfactory references.
- DBS
Required Licences of Certification:
* NVQ level 3 Dental Nursing/National Certificate in Dental Nursing
* Valid GDC Registration.
* Indemnity
Pay: £12.71 per hour - dependant on experience
