Due to a rapid expansion of the business Thai Tana are recruiting for a Nightshift Custodian/Warehouse Assistant to join their team at their Kettering site. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as the company continues to grow.
Job Summary:
The main purpose of this role is to act as custodian at night and to keep the Warehouse and logistic departments clean and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the main gate with minimal delay when required
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Moving vans in the yard when required (Driving license essential)
- Keeping vans clean and cleared in preparation for loading
- Preparing pallets by consolidating and wrapping ready to be loaded for the drivers
- Pre-load pallets on the vans when required (Counterbalance license required)
- Multi-temperature picking environment, Picking Fresh products
- Verify product has been completed according to customer specifications
- Health & Safety compliance
- To undertake other duties which may arise or as may be delegated from time to time
Knowledge & skills required
- Custodian/Warehouse experience
- Counterbalance / Forklift Licence
- Flexible approach to work

- Able to follow instructions and schedules
- Being able to follow operational processes which ensure stock integrity
Working Hours
- 4 on 4 off 18:00-06:00 with paid breaks
