We are looking for kind, reliable carers to join our friendly team supporting people in their own homes across York.
About the Role
As a Care Companion, you'll support older people, including people living with dementia, to live independently and enjoy life in the comfort of their own home. From companionship, preparing meals and personal care to supporting clients to enjoy hobbies, appointments and time in the community, every day is different. Above all, you'll build meaningful relationships and make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you support.
This is a community-based care role, where you’ll work independently but always feel part of a supportive team.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are not just experienced, but who genuinely care.
- Previous care experience (preferred)
- A warm, patient and kind approach
- Confidence working independently in the community
- A genuine interest in supporting people living with dementia
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required)
