Role Overview:
We are looking for mature, responsible individuals to join The Bagel Shop- Queen Street as both permanent Café Assistants. While experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not essential as we provide comprehensive training. What we value most is a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for customer service. This role will include weekends as well as academic holiday time, so it wouldn't be suitable for someone in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the café at all times.
- Assist with stock management, including replenishing supplies.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
