- Oversee all food preparation, cooking, presentation and service to consistently high standards.
- Establish kitchen procedures and standards within the new kitchen.
- Manage food ordering, suppliers, stock levels and deliveries.
- Monitor food costs, wastage and GP to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and commercially.
- Prepare kitchen rotas and manage staffing requirements in line with the Club’s trading patterns and functions.
- Recruit, train, motivate and develop kitchen staff.

- Ensure the kitchen is appropriately prepared for busy periods, events and functions.
- Contribute to the wider development of the Club’s food and beverage offering.
The Role
- 40 hours per week
- Working across a 7-day operation, according to the Club’s rota and business requirements.
- Additional hours may be required for functions, events and particularly busy periods.
- Significant opportunity to build and develop a new kitchen team.
- Opportunity to have genuine input into menu development and the future direction of the Club’s catering operation.
- Working from a brand-new commercial kitchen within our new clubhouse facilities.
- Competitive pay and benefits package for the right candidate.
