Tower Dental is looking for a friendly, professional Dental Receptionist to join our practice in Blackpool, working 2 days per week.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, answering phones, and converting new patient enquiries into booked appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and handling patient enquiries
- Converting new patient enquiries into booked appointments
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
- Greeting patients and providing a warm, welcoming front-of-house experience
What we offer:
- £14.50 per hour
- Performance bonus of up to £300 per month

This is a part-time, permanent role (2 days per week). Previous reception, customer service or front-of-house experience is welcome, but a warm and professional manner with a genuine focus on customer care matters most.
