Social Media Executive – Footpatrol

Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for bringing the Footpatrol brand to life across social channels, creating content that sits at the intersection of product, culture and community.
This role is focused on building authentic connections with the sneaker and streetwear audience, using culturally-relevant content, storytelling and community engagement to grow brand affinity and drive demand.
You’ll own day-to-day channel execution, staying ahead of trends and delivering content that feels credible, considered and native to the culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Storytelling
- Create and publish high-quality, culturally relevant content across Footpatrol social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Translate product drops into story-led content that feels authentic to the FP audience
- Support key campaigns, launches and brand moments with creative, platform-native ideas
- Work closely with creative/studio teams to brief and deliver best-in-class assets
- Ensure all output reflects Footpatrol’s distinct tone of voice and brand identity
Community & Culture
- Actively manage and grow the Footpatrol community, responding to comments, DMs and conversations
- Help build a loyal, engaged audience through authentic interaction and content
- Stay immersed in sneaker culture, streetwear, music and youth trends
- Identify opportunities to tap into cultural moments and conversations
Campaigns & Collaborations
- Support delivery of brand campaigns and partner activations
- Work with influencers, creators and brand partners to amplify content
- Help execute collabs, exclusives and key product launches
- Ensure social plays a clear role in wider marketing campaigns
- Channel Execution & Performance
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling and optimisation of content
- Monitor performance and feed into weekly/monthly reporting
- Take a data-led approach to improve engagement and reach
- Track competitor activity and emerging trends to continuously evolve output
Trend & Platform Leadership
- Stay ahead of platform updates, formats and emerging trends
- Experiment with new formats (Reels, TikTok styles, edits, audio trends)
- Bring forward ideas to keep Footpatrol at the forefront of social culture
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a social media or content role, ideally within streetwear / sneakers / fashion
- Strong understanding of Footpatrol’s audience and positioning
- Proven ability to create engaging, culturally relevant content
- Confident across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
- Experience with content tools (e.g. editing apps, scheduling tools)
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
