We are seeking a dedicated GCSE Curriculum Tutor to support students in achieving their academic goals. Duties
- Deliver customised GCSE tutoring sessions across various subjects, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards
- Assess students’ current understanding and tailor lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Support students in developing effective study techniques and exam preparation strategies
- Monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents where appropriate
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote active participation and foster confidence in subject matter
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and educational professionals to support student success
- Maintain a positive, encouraging environment that motivates students to achieve their academic potential
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE-level subjects
- Strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum across relevant subjects
- Experience working with children or young learners, including those with special educational needs
- Tutors who have achieved QTS or have degree in relavant subject they are tutoring
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and patiently
- Organised with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
- Passionate about education and committed to supporting student achievement

Pay: £28.00-£30.00 per hour
