The Gwydyr Hotel is a welcoming 4-star boutique hotel with 20 bedrooms, located in the heart of Betws-y-Coed. We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our Front of House and Bar team.
Whether you already have hospitality experience or are looking to start your career in a customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role Will Include:
- Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders and providing excellent table service
- Preparing and serving drinks behind the bar
- Keeping bar and restaurant areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest
What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous hospitality or bar experience is a bonus but not essential — full training will be provided
