Overview
We’re opening a new 100-cover luxury fine dining Indian restaurant and looking for a full-time, permanent, talented bartender to craft exceptional drinks and deliver warm polished service. You’ll curate and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, fine wines and premium spirits. Pair beverages with our tasting menus and help create a world-class guest experience. We’re seeking someone with solid cocktail knowledge, strong service standards and a calm, professional manner. This is a permanent full-time role with opportunities to grow as we build something truly special.

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent service that enhances their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards at all times
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while balancing speed and quality during busy periods
- Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring a safe environment for everyone
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages to keep the bar fully equipped
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly preferred, especially in a fast-paced bar environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive interactions
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team
