We are an established blinds and shutters company looking for an experienced joiner/fitter to join our team.

We need someone who can hit the ground running, work independently and complete installations to a high professional standard.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a joiner
- Previous experience fitting blinds and shutters—highly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first approach
- Confidence working in customers’ homes and businesses
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Reliability, punctuality and a professional manner
- A full UK driving licence
Duties
- Install blinds, shutters, and custom joinery items with accuracy and care
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installations
- Conduct quality checks on completed installations to meet high standards of craftsmanship
Experience
- Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter
- Experience working on construction sites or in residential/commercial renovation projects
- Knowledge of safety standards related to construction work including working at heights or confined spaces is preferred
- This is not a trainee position. We are looking for an experienced tradesperson who is confident using their own initiative and can become productive from day one.
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
