We are looking for an eager, driven individual to join our digital success team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start, or expand your customer success career. You'll spend your first year mastering our platform and supporting our global customer base, with the goal of growing into a CSM role where you'll train customers, manage accounts, and grow your AI and technology experience.
Duties
- Answering support questions and getting on calls with customers
- Creating short video content to help with support.
- Creating and executing strategies on lifting low performing customers up.
- Provide training, support and advice on the use of PageProof.
- Deliver Q&A sessions to customers.
- Look into customer questions and suggest solutions.
You'll need to:
- Love dealing with customers (90% are international).
- Be incredibly professional.
- Be very comfortable with technology.
- Be a quick thinker and an extremely clear communicator.
- Be highly organized and a good decision-maker.
- Enjoy working with data and using it to inform decisions.
- Deliver great support and training sessions for customers.
- Work closely with a supportive international team.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
