Bar Staff & Venue Host (Content-Friendly) – Competitive Socialising & Nightlife Venue
Location: Norwich City Centre
Contract: Part-Time / Zero-Hours (Must be available for late finishes, Thursday – Saturday)

About Us
We are Norwich’s next-generation nightlife and competitive socialising venue, housing distinct operational zones including BOX22 (sports bar + games), Garden Bar (outdoor fan zone), and CTRL Room (club nights & events space). We blend high-energy live sport, street food, big beats, and bold drinks.
We’re looking for high-energy, outgoing team members to deliver fast-paced bar service, maintain sharp floor standards, and—for the right person—bring great energy in front of the camera as a face of our brand across our social channels.
The Role
Working across the bar, floor, and host operations, you'll keep peak weekend trade running smoothly. Beyond day-to-day hospitality, we’re looking for charismatic personalities who are comfortable jumping into promotional reels, hype videos, and social content to showcase the venue's vibe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bar Service: Prepare and serve draught beer, premium spirits, simple mixers, and high-volume cocktails accurately and efficiently.
- Food & Table Delivery: Run street food orders directly to tables and gaming areas quickly and accurately.
- Floor Standards: Continuously clear glasses, wipe down tables, clear food packaging, and maintain clean floor space across all zones during busy sessions.
- Brand & Social Content: Be comfortable participating in dynamic social media videos, organic reels, and promotional clips representing the venue.
- Guest Experience: Deliver sharp, charismatic customer service under high-volume trading conditions.
- POS & Payments: Operate till systems, process payments, and manage tab transactions accurately.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 or over due to licensing requirements.
- Full availability for late-night weekend shifts (Thursday through Saturday).
- Vibrant personality, confident in front of a camera, and comfortable featuring in dynamic social media content.
- High energy, clear communication, and an active shift pace—moving easily between the bar, floor, and guest interactions.
- Previous bar, food service, or hospitality experience is a bonus, but full operational training will be provided.
