At Ruthin Castle Hotel, we're recruiting both full-time and part-time Breakfast Waiting Staff to join our friendly Food & Beverage team. Set within one of North Wales' most historic and picturesque destinations, Ruthin Castle offers a truly unique place to work, surrounded by stunning countryside, rich history and a welcoming team atmosphere.
The best part? No late-night finishes. This role is focused around breakfast and daytime service, making it ideal for anyone who enjoys hospitality but wants their evenings free. Weekend availability is essential, as that's when many of our guests come to enjoy everything Ruthin Castle has to offer.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing warm and friendly service to our guests at breakfast.
- Setting up and maintaining breakfast service areas.
- Serving food and drinks and ensuring tables are kept clean and presentable.
- Creating memorable guest experiences that start the day the right way.
- Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team when required.
We're Looking For People Who:
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
- Can work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Are reliable, punctual and flexible.
- Can work weekends.
- Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential as full training can be provided.
