Excellent opportunity for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join a well-established company based in Halesowen on a Sub-Contractor Basis with travel and overnight stays a large part of this role.

The company specialises in all types of healthcare construction projects, providing complete turnkey packages and delivering a large number of projects from minor repairs to full refurbishments.
Due to continued expansion the company is now looking to recruit an experienced Painter and Decorator to join their team.
Candidate Requirements
· Minimum 5 years’ experience
· Painting & Decorating
· Experience within commercial and residential properties
· Able to make sound judgements, find solutions to complex issues and problems, and identify and manage risk
· Able to work under your own supervision and alongside other trades
· Self-motivated and high attention to detail to ensure high levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction
· Excellent client facing skills on site
· Full UK Driving Licence/Own vehicle essential
· Flexibility to travel and work on a national basis
Desirable but not essential
· A CSCS Skilled Health & Safety Card
