In the UK, Rochling Industrial have a turnover of £32m and employ circa 190 people across their 6 sites. These sites are situated at Gloucester, High Peak (Derbyshire) and Hitchin (Hertfordshire) with three additional satellite sites.
Overview
Using modern CNC machinery and IT systems to manage production from raw material to finished part.
Working alongside other production cells, finishing operations and assembly where required.
controlling inspection and traceability of raw material throughout the process.
The company operates a double day shift alternate weeks.
6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday, 6am - 1pm Friday
13:45 to 22:00 Monday to Thursday, 12:45 to 18:15 Friday.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring machines are kept to schedule and to the quality required.
- Perform patrol inspection throughout the process.
- Clean and de-burr finished parts.
- Maintain the highest level of housekeeping and workplace organisation within the cell.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Be able to work alone or as part of a team in a busy production environment.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail.
