Job Title: Lead Delivery & Fulfillment Specialist (South London)
Salary: £30,000 per annum + £2,000 Performance Bonus (Paid Quarterly)

The Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Delivery Specialist to join our team. This isn't just a driving job; you will be the backbone of our morning operations, ensuring that our clients receive exactly what they need, exactly when they need it. You will take full ownership of the process—from picking items in the warehouse to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Learn our product range to accurately pick and pack items for daily delivery routes.
- Strategic Delivery: Navigate and cover the South London area, ensuring timely arrivals.
- Digital Integration: Use our internal handheld system to log real-time data, including timestamps, GPS locations, and photo evidence of deliveries.
- Precision & Care: Maintain a high standard of accuracy to ensure "Perfect Orders" every time.
Shift Pattern & Compensation
- Early Bird Schedule: Shifts begin at 2:00 AM, allowing you to beat the heavy London traffic and finish your workday while others are just getting started.
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week contracted.
- Transparent Overtime: We respect your time. Any overtime is tracked via our internal system and paid out accordingly.
- Bonus Structure: An additional £2,000 annual commission/bonus is available, distributed quarterly based on delivery accuracy and performance.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving License with a clean record.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital logging systems.
- Strong knowledge of South London geography.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the early morning hours.
