I am looking for a dedicated and compassionate female care support worker to join my team who has a good sense of humour and can bring positive change.
This role is ideal for a responsible person with life experience who values meaningful, one-to-one work and can commit to supporting a busy and proactive lifestyle. The support worker must be able to work well as part of a team as there are times when I require 2:1 Care

- Female
- Non-smoker
- Aged 25+ (for car insurance purposes)
- Experienced driver, confident on motorways
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Strong IT skills – to assist with communication, admin, and creative projects
- Good communication – clear, thoughtful verbal and written skills

I am in my 30’s, have complex health needs, including tracheostomy care, skin care, eye care and medication management. I am blind and use a wheelchair. I consider myself intelligent and hard working. I have a caring and down to earth nature. I enjoy being active and keeping myself busy.

The Role
This is a one-to-one care and support role, including:
- Personal care
- Driving to appointments and activities
- Cooking fresh, nutritious meals
- Support with digital admin and research
- Light household tasks
- Assisting with creative and professional project
You should be:
- Proactive, Adaptable and organised
- Calm under pressure
- Able to work independently but take direction when needed
- Comfortable with long shifts and flexible with shift coverage
Experience isn't essential as full training will be provided, especially around medical care, but you will need to be able to pick up new (seemingly complicated at first) routines/tasks quickly and not be phased by things that are new to you.
