We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Bar & Event Staff to join our team at Bristol Beacon, one of the South West’s leading live music and events venues.
You’ll be working across concerts, comedy shows, corporate events, and private functions, delivering fast, friendly service in a high-volume environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving drinks efficiently during busy intervals and events
- Operating tills and handling payments accurately
- Setting up and breaking down bar areas
- Restocking and maintaining clean, organised workspaces
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Following Challenge 25 and licensing regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Confident and approachable personality
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability (mainly evenings and weekends)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous bar experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
