Set within 23 acres of beautiful woodland and historic parkland, Coed Helen provides a peaceful and well-maintained environment for our holiday homeowners and visiting guests. As part of our grounds team, you will play an important role in ensuring the park is presented to the highest possible standard throughout the season.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will be expected to plan and organise your workload, using your knowledge, initiative, and practical skills to maintain the appearance and operation of the park.

Key Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general grounds maintenance.
- Weeding, planting, and maintaining landscaped areas.
- Assisting with the operation and daily maintenance of the swimming pool.
- Moving caravans and supporting the siting of holiday homes where required.
- Maintaining park facilities, buildings, tools, and equipment.
- Supporting general maintenance tasks across the holiday park.
- Working safely and ensuring high standards of presentation throughout the park.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, horticulture, or a similar role is desirable.
- A practical, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to use initiative.
- A flexible approach to work, including weekends during the holiday season.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay, from National Living Wage upwards depending on experience.
- 8hr per day, 25-40 hours per week over a maximum five-day working week depending on business need. Flexibility and one day per weekend required.
- A varied and rewarding outdoor role in one of North Wales' most picturesque holiday parks.
- A supportive, friendly working environment within a family-owned business.
- Opportunities to develop practical skills across a wide range of park operations.
If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining high standards, and are looking for a varied and rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you.
