Job Overview
This job is for 30 hours minimum per week Monday - Friday with some flexible working available. We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to work along side our Warehouse Manager assisting with daily operations. This role involves, collecting & inspecting goods & preparing orders for safe delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, be physically fit as some manual handling will be rquired & be very reliable and take pride in working to a high standard. Training will be provided for the role, successful candidates should also experienced drivers who are comfortable driving an L4 van as you may be required to collect goods on occasion.
Responsibilities
- Recieve & inspect deliverie's/collection's from suppliers
- Prepare/ Package goods for shipping
- Maintain a tidy and well organised warehouse
- Implement continuous improvement to enhance process efficiency
- Highly reliable and dependable
- Strong organisational skills
- Experienced driver comfortable with L4 van
- Hard working with a strong desire to get orders fulfilled on time
- Strong communication skills & happy to work with others
Pay: £13.45 per hour
