Job description: The job will include the following elements:
- management of a significant caseload utilising paralegal support efficiently
- providing consultancy to other team members
- peer checks of completed immigration applications
- research into legislative changes and dissemination of information to team members
- opportunity for a proportion of caseload to be Pro Bono work
Person specification: the ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- in depth legal knowledge and experience spanning a range of immigration applications, including working with corporate clients
- excellent communication skills, both with clients and colleagues
- a cooperative attitude, working within a supportive environment that prizes positivity and teamwork
- an efficient method of working balanced with a close eye for detail
- a pleasant character, able to work efficiently and calmly under pressure

Salary Range: £40 - £55k dependant on experience & bonus scheme & profit share
Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
