You will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from initial award through to final account, working closely with our operational teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
Duties will include:
· Managing project costs, valuations and variations
· Subcontractor procurement and management
· Preparation and submission of applications for payment
· Monitoring project performance and reporting on commercial position
· Identifying risks and opportunities across projects
· Supporting project teams with commercial decision making
About You
We are looking for someone who:
· Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
· Has experience within civil engineering, utilities or groundworks
· Is commercially aware and confident managing projects
· Can communicate effectively with site teams, clients and subcontractors
· Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
