Job description:
Smith Recycling are Milton Keynes largest skip hire and waste management company, based in the heart of the city.
Due to significant growth we are looking to hire Class 2 HGV drivers.
The job entails delivering, exchanging and collecting skips in and around Milton Keynes to both domestic and commercial customers in our 18 ton skip loaders.
Applicants will provide a safe, reliable and effective delivery and collection service and must be able to maintain a good relationship with customers, and complete all relevant vehicle checks and paperwork daily.
Training will be provided to all successful candidates
Hours of work Mon - Fri 6.30-17.00
Every other Saturday 7.00-13.00 (6 hours at overtime rate)
Applicants would need:
- A clean up to date licence
- Must have valid CPC qualifications
- Positive working attitude
- Possess good customer service skills
- 12 months minimum HGV experience
Previous waste industry experience is a bonus but not essential, as training will be provided.
