Teresa Tarmey Clinic Manager — Notting Hill Permanent, Full-Time | £40,000 | Reports to: Clinic Operations Manager
Teresa Tarmey is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Clinic Manager to lead our flagship Notting Hill clinic, and support our Clinic Operations Manager. Responsible for the smooth running of daily operations, the Clinic Manager will ensure an exceptional client experience, high clinical standards, operational excellence, and strong commercial performance. This role involves working closely with leadership teams to inspire and develop the clinic team while maintaining the premium service standards synonymous with the Teresa Tarmey brand.
You'll lead a team of approximately 10 practitioners, therapists and front-of-house staff, and will play a key role in shaping the day-to-day client experience at our flagship location.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Lead the daily operation of the clinic, ensuring an exceptional client journey from booking through to aftercare.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service delivery, hygiene, and operational excellence.
- Manage clinic capacity, appointment flow, practitioner schedules, and resource planning to maximise efficiency.
- Oversee front-of-house management, including rota planning, holiday and sickness cover, and ensuring the reception desk is always appropriately staffed during opening hours.
- Ensure all clinic procedures comply with relevant regulatory, health, safety, and brand standards.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across practitioners, therapists, and front-of-house.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Create a positive, collaborative, and client-focused culture.
Commercial Performance
- Own clinic KPIs including revenue, treatment utilisation, client retention, rebooking, retail performance, and conversion.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Support promotions, campaigns, and initiatives that drive growth.
Client Experience
- Deliver a luxury, personalised client experience aligned with Teresa Tarmey's values.
- Handle escalated client queries with professionalism and discretion.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
About You
- 5+ years of experience managing a premium aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven experience achieving targets.
- Passionate about skincare, beauty, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Confident leading a team and managing a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Available to work weekends/flexible hours, if applicable.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
