THE ROLE
This isn't a desk job where you're behind a screen. One day you'll be on-site directing a content shoot for a client, the next you'll be presenting a content strategy, running an onboarding call, or optimising a TikTok ad campaign. You'll be expected to do it all and do it well.
You're the kind of person who can walk into a client's business, take charge of a shoot, get the content, come back to the office, plan the next month of posts, build the ad campaign, and report back on results. If that sounds like your idea of a good day we need to talk.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend and lead content shoots on location at client sites across Leicester and the region
- to create content — directing and getting the best out of non-professionals on camera
- Develop full content plans for clients, including hooks, formats, and posting schedules
- Lead onboarding calls with new clients — setting expectations, gathering information, and building the strategy from day one
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
- Contribute to creative strategy — hooks, content angles, campaign concepts, and messaging
Review and give feedback on content before it goes live — you'll know what works and why
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Run our project management stack (Asana, Slack, Google Drive) and keep everything updated
- Lead ongoing client communication — status calls, weekly reports, performance updates
- Spot bottlenecks before they become problems and keep every project on track
- Maintain SOPs and process documentation as the agency grows
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in a marketing, content, or agency role; you've done this before, not just studied it
- Proven hands-on experience running paid media campaigns; Meta and/or TikTok experience is essential; Google experience is a bonus
- MUST have: Comfortable on content shoots you can direct, film, and get usable content in a real environment with real people
- MUST have: Experience in video content — you understand pacing, framing, storytelling, and what makes a video perform on social
- MUST have: Ability to develop full content plans — strategy, hooks, formats, scheduling, and platform-specific thinking
- MUST have: Confident leading client-facing calls — onboarding, strategy presentations, and status updates
- MUST have: You live and breathe social media — algorithms, trends, formats, and what makes people stop scrolling
MUST have: Strong creative strategy skills — you can develop hooks, angles, and campaign concepts that actually perform
- MUST have: Short-form video expertise — TikTok and Reels are your natural habitat
- Strong organisational skills — you can juggle shoots, campaigns, and client calls without dropping the ball
Excellent written and verbal communication, confident in client-facing settings
- Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Slack, GHL, and WhatsApp, Notion
It's nice to have your own laptop to do your work
