Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
- Install of bathrooms / kitchen pipework.
- Install of heating system with variety of ASHP and gas boilers
- Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks, blockages, or system failures and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Weld pipes and fittings as needed to ensure secure connections and compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize carpentry skills for framing or supporting plumbing components within structures.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation or repairs.
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and mechanical diagrams to execute precise plumbing work.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for accountability and future reference.
Experience
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance within commercial or residential environments.
- Skilled in soldering, using hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques essential for plumbing projects.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and system layouts.
- Familiarity with carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations is a plus.
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction or repair work.
- Valid commercial driving license preferred for transporting materials or equipment between sites.

Pay: £30,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
