We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and care
- Use a variety of tools including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding equipment
- Ensure all work is completed within specified timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver satisfactory results
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction painting and decorating or related trades
- Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites
- Good command of English language for effective communication with clients and team members
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality finishes
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights
