Working Pattern, Location & Travel
- Monday to Friday 9-5 with hour lunch break.
- Base location: Ely
- Hybrid working options can be discussed, but a minimum of 4 days in office is preferred.
What we are looking for:
- People who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
- The ability to focus and work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills, with the capacity to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Flexibility: though the role is based in our Ely/March office, you may be required to work in our other locations.
- Good people skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
- Sales and customer service experience is desirable however, insurance experience is not essential.
- I.T. literacy essential with competence in Microsoft Office Suite and to be able to adapt to company systems.
- Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
The Role:
- You will be working directly with our agents. Booking client meetings and administering both personal & commercial insurance policies within specific deadlines.
- Servicing NFU Mutual’s range of Insurance products compliantly and liaising with underwriters. Ensuring policy changes are done accurately and in a timely manner.
- Arranging engagement meetings with local farming community.
- On occasions you may be required to deal with general enquiries and policy alterations.
