Mobile Cleaner
Location: Southampton
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week, with overtime available
Weekend Work: Essential

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, flexible, and self-motivated Mobile Cleaner to join our growing team in Southampton. This role involves providing cleaning cover across various client sites, ensuring consistently high standards are maintained during periods of staff absence, holidays, and increased operational demand.
A company van and fuel card will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working independently and travelling between locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide seamless cover for cleaning staff during sickness, holidays, and other absences.
- Travel between multiple client sites as required.
- Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard, ensuring client expectations are consistently met.
- Use, handle, and maintain cleaning equipment safely and in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Communicate professionally with client representatives and provide updates on work progress when required.
- Monitor stock levels and advise management when cleaning materials or equipment need replenishing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of supply and storage areas.
- Support the wider operations team and undertake additional duties as required.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Reliable, responsible, and flexible approach to work.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
