Required Experience
Candidates must have previous UK construction tendering, estimating and subcontract tender sourcing experience.
Applicants must have:
- experience searching for subcontract opportunities and monitoring tender platforms;
- experience reviewing tender documents and project information;
- experience preparing or assisting with construction tender submissions;
- experience carrying out estimating, take-offs or pricing exercises;
- experience communicating with procurement teams, estimators or main contractors within the UK construction sector.
Candidates should ideally have previous experience working with, tendering to, or preparing estimates/packages involving at least one of the following contractors or developers:

- Find a Tender Service (FTS)
The main purpose of this role is:
- searching for subcontract opportunities;
- identifying suitable projects and packages;
- monitoring tender portals;
- supporting estimating and tendering activities;
- helping the company secure construction subcontract works within the UK market.
Applicants who have never worked with construction tenders, never prepared estimates/take-offs, or never dealt with procurement/tender processes involving at least one of the companies listed above should not apply for this role.
Pay: £35.00-£38.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
