The post holder will be responsible for the overall management and execution of all TAS seat installation at MRO’s. The role will involve significant interaction, working alongside customers and also various installation locations across the globe. This will need to be managed via proactive planning, engagement and strategic alignment between various moving parts, whist ensuring that all airworthiness regulations and requirements are met. The Delivery Support Manager will also ensure ongoing excellent customer service to key customers.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Management Team to set and monitor standards and KPIs for team
- Develop and provide support to the team
- Implement strategic change, customer service and continuous improvement in the department
- Work with and proactively support customers in delivering tailor made solutions
- Complete regular reporting decks and present results to the relevant stakeholders
- Ensure that the OEM services conform to all required regulations and certification standards
- With this role, there will be a significant amount of global travel.

Requirements
Essential
- Extensive experience of working with global airlines and their requirements for aircraft seating
- Project management experience
- Experience gained in planning and analysis
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strong track record of management of front-line service delivery operations in a customer facing role, delivering a diverse portfolio of services to meet business outcomes
- Experience of successfully managing a culture of continuous improvement or the introduction and development of service standards which support change and customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership skills in relation to building and managing a diverse team, including building new capacity, through change to improve service delivery and business outcomes
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a changing environment
- Be able to understand and feel market dynamics
Desirable
A third level qualification in Engineering (or equivalent)
