What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality mortgage and protection advice tailored to clients' individual needs and circumstances.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Analysing clients' financial situations and recommending suitable mortgage and protection solutions.
- Managing cases from enquiry through to completion.
- Developing referral partnerships and growing your own client portfolio.
- Working compliantly and maintaining accurate client records in line with FCA requirements.
- Promoting your services through networking, marketing, and business development activities.

What We're Looking For
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience providing mortgage and protection advice.
- Strong sales, relationship-building, and communication skills.

- Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
