Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our establishment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality customer experience
- Lead and motivate team members, including serving staff, kitchen personnel, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of supplies
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain excellent service standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant environment at all times
- Train new staff members on operational procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
- Extensive restaurant experience.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Previous experience in culinary roles or hotel environments is advantageous
- Leadership qualities combined with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
