In this role, you will be supporting the management and administration of employee share plans, ensuring streamlined and effective operations, while also supporting the ongoing development of wider equity compensation initiatives. You will be an advocate for operational excellence, working closely with cross-functional teams and gaining exposure to senior stakeholders, while also playing a key role in delivering a high-quality employee experience.
This includes:
Managing the end-to-end administration and operational delivery of employee share plans, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an excellent employee experience.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes, including the ongoing development of employee share plans, in line with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
Assisting with the preparation of analysis, reporting, and presentation materials to support senior leadership with decision-making, remuneration activities, and strategic initiatives.
Partnering cross-functionally to support continued compliance with relevant legal, tax, and regulatory requirements across applicable jurisdictions.
Supporting employee communications and education initiatives related to employee share plans & programs.
Contributing to broader Reward and People team initiatives, projects, and annual compensation review activities as required.
What we are looking for
3 to 5 years of experience in employee share plans, equity compensation, executive reward, or broader Reward/Compensation functions, ideally within a fast-paced or multinational environment.
Experience supporting the administration of employee share plans, with exposure to global programs.
Working knowledge of legal, tax, regulatory, governance, and compliance requirements.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across People, Legal, Finance, Tax, Payroll, and external providers.
Strong organisational skills, with proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, balancing core operational responsibilities with project-based work.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including particular attention to detail and accuracy, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with equity management and/or HR systems (e.g. Workday) is a plus. Relevant qualifications or professional accreditation in Reward, HR, Finance, Tax, or a related discipline will also be beneficial.
