Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Laser Hair Removal Technician to join our reputable skin and laser clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and comfortable laser hair removal treatments to clients. Duties
- Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and safety guidelines.
- Conduct client consultations to assess skin types, hair removal needs, and suitability for treatment.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments administered and client progress.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimise results and minimise risks.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and used in line with manufacturer instructions.
- Uphold hygiene standards by sanitising treatment areas and tools after each session.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and manage client appointments efficiently.
Requirements
Fully qualified with:
- Level 4 Laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Treatments
- Core of Knowledge Certification
- Minimum of 1 years hands on experience in laser hair removal
- Knowledge of skincare treatments, is desirable but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and reassure clients.
- Ability to work well within a team whilst maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and safety compliance.
- A friendly, approachable manner with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
- Be confident in recommending and upselling appropriate treatments and skincare solutions
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
