Are you a General Manager with real presence, personality and a passion for exceptional hospitality?
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded General Manager to take the lead at one of our exciting Central London restaurants.
This is a fantastic opportunity to run a busy, vibrant and high-energy operation where great food, drinks, service and atmosphere are at the heart of everything.
We're looking for a General Manager who loves being at the centre of a busy restaurant. Someone who can lead from the front, inspire their team, build brilliant relationships with guests and create an environment that people genuinely want to be part of.
You'll have the autonomy to make an impact while working closely with an experienced senior leadership team and being part of a group with ambitious plans for growth.
The Role:
As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operation and performance of the restaurant.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring a passionate, high-performing team
- Creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests walk through the door
- Being a visible and hands-on leader throughout service
- Driving sales, profitability and overall commercial performance
- Managing labour, costs, budgets and key operational KPIs
- Recruiting, training and developing your team
- Creating a positive, engaging and high-performing culture
- Maintaining exceptional standards across service, food, drinks and presentation
- Working closely with senior management to drive the continued growth and success of the business
- Taking ownership, solving problems and continually looking for ways to improve the operation
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager or strong Deputy/Assistant General Manager ready to take the next step.
You will ideally have:
- Experience managing a busy, high-volume restaurant or premium casual dining operation
- A strong track record of leading and developing successful teams
- A genuine passion for great hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Excellent commercial awareness and experience managing sales, labour and costs
- The ability to confidently manage a fast-paced operation
- A hands-on leadership style - this is not a desk-based role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with people at every level
- Energy, personality and the confidence to lead from the front
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
