Duties
- Troubleshoot issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct welding repairs on metal structures or equipment components following safety standards and technical specifications.
- Supervise maintenance activities, coordinate with team members, and ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with internal teams regarding maintenance status or issues; lead by example in fostering a safety-conscious culture.
- Fix any issues within the venue in a timely manner and high standard.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance roles with strong mechanical knowledge and electrical experience.
- Skilled in welding techniques with the ability to perform repairs on various metal components.
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing maintenance teams or projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to prioritize safety and operational efficiency.

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
