We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join a busy team working across care home projects.
This role would be ideal for someone who has a strong background in finishing and refurbishment works and is confident completing the smaller but important details that help bring a project to a high standard.
You will be carrying out a variety of finishing duties, including applying sealants, fitting accessories, snagging and general finishing works. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail and understands the importance of leaving a job looking neat and professionally finished.
The successful candidate will be working within care home environments, so being reliable, professional and respectful is extremely important.
This is an ongoing position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person. We are looking for someone who wants consistent work and the chance to secure a long-term position rather than someone looking for a short-term placement.
The Role
Your duties will include:
- Applying silicone and sealants to a high standard
- Fitting and installing various accessories
- Completing finishing and snagging works
- Carrying out general multi-skilled duties
- Ensuring work is completed neatly and to a high standard
- Working safely and professionally within care home environments
Essential Requirements
You MUST have:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Manual Handling certificate
- Asbestos Awareness certificate
- Working at Heights certificate
- Previous experience in a similar finishing / multi-skilled background
- Experience with sealants and fitting accessories
