To support our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re seeking a dedicated Marketing Lead - Sponsorship and Events. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious, organised relationship-builder who’s ready to take the next step and really get their teeth stuck into our sponsorship partnerships and events programme. It’s a developing role with plenty of room to grow, perfect for someone hungry to build their experience and make their mark in sponsorships and events.
Alongside this, and working with the Heads of Marketing (for both UK and Ireland), you’ll coordinate our events calendar, from exhibitions and conferences to webinars and internal events, keeping delivery, logistics, and budgets on track. If you love establishing relationships, thrive on variety, and take pride in getting the detail right, this role is for you.
We’re looking for someone with:

At least 1 year (ideally 2) supporting sponsorships, partnerships, or events – whether in a marketing, coordination, or administrative capacity. Experience in financial or professional services is desirable

Budget management and cost-control experience

Confidence in helping resolve issues before, during, and after events
-
A positive, problem-solving approach with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, and enjoyment working as part of a team

B2B, financial or professional services proven experience
-
Familiarity with CRM systems for reporting (desirable)
-
A marketing or events qualification (desirable)
-
Cross-functional or international teamwork experience (diseriable)
Using these skills, you’ll be:

Acting as an initial point of contact for new sponsorship opportunities, helping the marketing team assess commercial value and potential return on investment

Helping shape sponsorship packages, tiers, and propositions that clearly present what we can offer partners (such as event presence, branding, and digital exposure)

Supporting the negotiation of sponsorship deals, helping to align partners' objectives with what we can offer
-
Supporting long-term relationship management, acting as a day-to-day contact for corporate partners to help drive retention and repeat investment

Following agreed contracts, making sure terms, deliverables, and any due-diligence or compliance requirements are met

Coordinating sponsorship administration, including invoicing, payments, and key deadlines

Coordinating the delivery of agreed sponsor deliverables including branding, digital media, PR, merchandising, and event presence, helping ensure partners receive the exposure agreed

Tracking and reporting on partnership performance using data, metrics, and post-event wrap reports to help demonstrate value

Coordinating the company’s end-to-end events' programme, ensuring activity aligns with wider commercial and marketing objectives

Planning and delivering a range of trade exhibitions, conferences, customer engagement events, webinars, and internal events, advising on timing, messaging, targeting, key considerations, and how success will be measured

For in-person events, helping identify and liaise with venues, lead logistics, and coordinate the design of exhibition stands and required assets

Helping handle event budgets and revenue, keeping activity on track and cost-effective

Collaborating with digital team to ensure relevant activities are scheduled in and implemented at an appropriate time

Supporting the creation of internal marketing toolkits to promote events, collaborating with the social media specialist on approved employee messaging and linked UTMs

Attending events and support with set-up and breakdown when needed, handling last-minute requests or changes with professionalism and efficiency

Helping define and track event critical metrics and measure success through performance reporting, collecting and measuring event follow-up

Producing post-event evaluations and recommendations to help improve future activity, sharing what makes an event successful with the wider team
