Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chef to join our dynamic team. Key Duties
- Prepare, cook and present a variety of Asian dishes in line with established recipes and production standards.
- Oversee food safety procedures, ensuring full compliance with UK hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Manage food inventory, order supplies and control waste to optimise kitchen operations.
- Work collaboratively with production and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within food manufacturing, hospitality or large‑scale catering.
- Chef/Cooking experience with the ability to work in team effectively.
- Strong background in food production, preparation and cooking techniques, particularly Asian cuisine.
- Solid understanding of food safety standards, HACCP and allergen management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work Well within a team and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in restaurant operations, serving or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality and consistency.

- Preferred age range: 25 – 45 years.
- References: At least one professional and character reference required before start.
- DBS Check: A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to undergo a DBS check) is required prior to employment.
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
