Looking for someone fun, hard working and reliable to join our small team in Bournemouth Gardens! We have hours across the week (including weekends) therefore you are required to have good availability.
We are currently looking for passionate and enthusiastic person to join our team at Picnic Park Deli. The role will involve undertaking wide range of tasks and responsibilities in the daily operation of the cafe and helping us maintain high standards.
The role involves all aspects of customer service, daily food & beverage operations:
- Providing fast and friendly customer service at all times.
- Advise and inspire our customers with their choice of products
- Espresso & coffee drinks making
- Food preparation from a simple menu
- Greeting customers warmly, like welcoming a friend
- Carrying out cleaning duties and monitoring compliance with health and safety and food safety standards
- Stock control / ordering
- Setting up and creating a relaxed, fun atmosphere
- Assisting in the events side of our operation
The ideal candidate:
- Naturally welcoming and have a charming personality and strong social skills.
- Reliable, confident and hard working
- Coffee making skills preferable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate, motivate and train a small team.
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Be flexible with your working hours
