What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (flooring/carpet sales highly desirable)
- Great people skills – you enjoy working with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Confidence to develop strong product knowledge across carpets, vinyl, laminate, LVT and more
- Organised, motivated and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills for stock checking, invoicing and payments
The Role:
- Helping customers find the perfect flooring solution for their home
- Delivering 5-star service and expert advice every time
- Processing sales, payments and invoices
- Checking stock availability and liaising with our warehouse
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
